Each month the Church of Witchcraft holds sermons. These are designed to encourage a look at the roots of contemporary witchcraft. A non-denominational approach is taken. Witches of any modality and those curious about witchcraft are all welcome. Find past sermons on our YouTube channel.
We offer esbats and sabbats regularly. These are public events, free to everyone.
Additionally, our Clergy are well-versed in various facets of human life. We help establish the transitions in life. Funerary services, handfastings, life transitions, Chronicles and more are offered to everyone.
We regularly attend public events such as pagan pride and actively encourage witches to support the local communities, not just our own.
Philanthropy and volunteering are a couple of ways to do that. When sharing such events on social media, we ask that you use #1692Crew.
The Church recognizes that everyone has to start somewhere, and there is a wealth of information out there. Whether it is online or in books, it can be hard to know where to start or if the information is accurate. That's why we offer Magick Study Hall. Currently it is held in our Discord server, but we would like to hold public events, like sermons, where people can learn new things.
Looking for guidance? Need some advice? Our clergy offer divination services. These are donation-based, and the tools can range from Tarot and Oracle decks to pendulums and scrying.
Suggested donation of $10 or more.
If group learning isn't your thing or you want to dive deeper into a particular subject, you can contact us for a mentor. This person will work with you one-on-one for a set length of time to help you attain your goals. You can learn more about the program and fill out the application form here.
We want to celebrate new and established witches. The Dedication Ritual is designed with your witchcraft practice in mind and is meant for new witches to celebrate their choice to pursue their craft.
ReDedications are for those that have been practicing and want to mark a new time or phase in their practice. Clergy will be present and help direct the ceremony privately or publicly. We want all witches to have the opportunity to celebrate and honor each other together.
Chronicles are led by a clergy member, so you can share aspects of your praxis and/or application or discuss challenges with applying praxis within the context of your life.
You can also seek guidance within your praxis for establishing consistency and piety (sic. dedication), or reach out to clergy outside of esbats and sermons for other discussions.
While the monthly online meetings are for the group, one-on-one meetings can also be requested.
We invite you to check out this collaborative event between the Church of Witchcraft and the Temple of Primordial Elementalism.
